Warm family room with a balcony. Had excellent an air conditioning, a personal safe, and a sofa bed.

Best base for 2 nights with extremely helpful staff on reception desk. The standard room with a balcony as well as refrigerator. Exceptionally nice location, a few steps away from everywhere. Magnificent restaurant and tasty meal.

The room we had included climate control, a personal safe and flat-screen TV. The bed was lovely and the bedroom was spacious. The location was incredible and favourable in a beautiful area, not far from the grounds of the kibbutz, Train Station, and the centre of the city...

We liked staying here, it's fancy and modern hotel with EFFICIENT staff on reception desk.

Can just recommend for a fleeting stay

Spacious room, amazing pools, with a great breakfast with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, conveniently located just a short drive from the airport.

Stayed at ramat rachel resort for 2 nights, and it was fantastic! The location is great and close to the first stop on hebron rd. The pool was awesome for the kids, and the breakfast had an insane variety of delicious options. We also loved the extra activities available, even if we didn't try them.

I enjoyed the beautifully maintained gardens and the accessibility of the facilities, making it easy for me to stroll around the lush grounds and appreciate the fantastic views of the Judean Desert from various spots.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

We enjoyed a peaceful stay with a great view. The rooms were spacious and the shower was comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The dining area was recently upgraded and food was excellent, especially dinner. Pool hours were convenient, awesome for late swims 🏊‍♂️

Lovely Stay with Amazing Facilities

The variety of delicious dishes at breakfast, especially the fresh pastries, will stay with me. Spending evenings by the beautiful pools was the highlight. Don't miss a workout at the superb gym!

I spent two nights at Ramat Rachel Resort with my family, and we really enjoyed the view from our room. Spacious accommodations made it comfortable for us. The pool was fantastic, open late for swimming under the stars, a highlight for the kids. Food was great overall, especially breakfast. The variety impressed us and kept everyone satisfied. Some dining options were limited, which could be better. The staff were friendly, but service was a bit slow at times. The hotel is 7 km from the Old City, so we decided to use taxis for convenience. The shower in our room was spacious, but parking felt crowded during the day. We had a nice time, but improvements in dining variety and service speed would elevate the experience.

Oh, the Korean dishes at the resort were an absolute culinary delight! The flavors danced on my palate and transported me straight to Seoul. Plus, the pool was fabulous and the staff were friendly and accommodating 🥢🌊

A thoughtful birthday surprise

Our stay was brightened by a lovely birthday cake surprise for my grandmother, making her feel special amid our family gathering.

We faced multiple issues with cleanliness and delays during check-out that were frustrating, particularly with children in tow.

Great breakfast and nice pools, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful.

The room was spacious and offered fine views of the natural surroundings. The pool was fantastic, open late, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Most of the staff were friendly and cute.

Some dining options were limited.

Dining staff was rude during breakfast rush.
